Are your products water proof?

As of April 1st, 2023, Voyage has become a waterproof jewelry brand! All of our gold products are gold plated. We couldn’t be more stoked to rep Voyage in the big blue!

Chemicals to avoid with waterproof jewelry:

Sunscreen, Perfume, Skincare Products.

Rinse with freshwater post saltwater.

 

Where are your products made?

Our jewelry is handmade in Palm Beach, Florida, right in the USA! Voyage apparel is made in the heart of Palm Beach. Our tees are screen printed by the Palm Locals, a small local screen printing business in West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

Where do you find your shark teeth?

Our shark teeth are fossilized and ethically sourced from the Peace River in Florida. All shark teeth date back to the Miocene Epoch (5 to about 25 million years ago). We do NOT sell white modern shark teeth due to the inhumane way most sharks are harvested. Killing sharks for their fins, jaws, and teeth intensely damages our planet. These predators are an extremely important part to the ocean’s ecosystem and why would we ever want to contribute to a world without our beautiful ocean!

 

What type of shark teeth do you sell?

Our shark teeth consist of Hammerhead, Snaggletooth, Tiger, Lemon, Sand Tiger, Bull, Reef, Dusky, Spinner, Black Tip, and White Tip sharks!

Your Orders:

At Voyage by Paris, every piece is handmade to order by me, Paris, with so much love and intention! I’m incredibly grateful for this growing community, and I appreciate your patience as I create each order by hand. Please kindly allow 7–12 business days for your jewelry to be made and packaged. Voyage isn’t Amazon — but the thoughtful process is the beauty of it! <3

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we hand-make each piece with love just for you!

If your order has arrived damaged, email us within 14 days of its arrival and we would love to get it fixed for you! It means the world that you purchased our handmade pieces, we want everyone to have the best experience shopping Voyage<3

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Voyage swimwear! While we don’t offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to provide a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery to ensure the perfect fit. We can only accept an exchange for swim bottoms if the tag is still applied.

To begin the exchange process, email us at info@voyagebyparis.com with your order number and exchange request. We will provide you with an exchange form to begin the process.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the new item(s) to be sent back.
